01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the bkk8 platform, including the website, mobile app, games, and all related services provided by bkk8. This document takes effect from the date you register an account or begin using any part of our platform.

BKK8 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the website. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version. Continued use of the BKK8 platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you are required to stop using the bkk8 platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account.

02 Member Eligibility

To register and use the bkk8 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration. bkk8 does not accept underage members under any circumstances.
• Registering under your own name — only one account is permitted per individual.
• Not residing in a region or country that explicitly prohibits online gambling under local law.
• Never having been banned or blocked from using the bkk8 platform previously.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

BKK8 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. If a member is found to have provided false information regarding their age or identity, BKK8 reserves the right to terminate the account and forfeit any remaining balance or wins without compensation.

03 Account Registration

Each player is only permitted to have one (1) account at bkk8. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, phone number, email address, and bank account number. This information is used for identity verification (KYC), payment processing, and account-related communications.

• The registered name must match the name of the bank account holder used for deposits and withdrawals.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login information.
• All activity that occurs under your account is solely your responsibility.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact bkk8 support immediately.

BKK8 employs a rigorous KYC verification process to ensure the safety of all members and comply with established industry standards. This process may require you to submit identification documents such as a national ID card, passport, or other supporting documents.

04 Deposits & Payments

BKK8 accepts deposits via a range of safe and trusted payment methods, including DuitNow, FPX, direct bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• Minimum deposit: RM10 for most payment methods.
• Maximum deposit: Depends on the payment method and the member's account level.
• All deposits must be made from an account registered in the member's own name.
• BKK8 does not accept third-party deposits in any form.
• Deposit funds will be credited to your BKK8 account within minutes of a successful transaction.

BKK8 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment service provider may impose their own charges, which are beyond BKK8's control. We recommend checking with your bank before making a deposit.

05 Fund Withdrawal

BKK8 is committed to processing all withdrawal requests promptly and transparently. Withdrawals will be credited directly to the bank account or eWallet registered in the member's name.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• Processing time: Between 15 minutes and 24 hours depending on the withdrawal method and time of request.
• Full KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed.
• The recipient's name must match the name registered on the bkk8 account.
• BKK8 reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security review purposes if necessary.

If there are any outstanding wagering requirements related to a bonus received, withdrawals cannot be processed until those requirements are fully met. Please check your bonus terms in the promotions section of your account.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

BKK8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and a VIP loyalty programme. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.

• Bonuses can only be credited to an account once all eligibility requirements have been met.
• The wagering requirement (rollover) for each bonus will be clearly stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• BKK8 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or terminate any promotion at any time.
• Bonus system abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, is strictly prohibited.

• Results displayed by the BKK8 gaming system are final and cannot be disputed.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, bkk8 will resolve the issue based on available system records.
• BKK8 is not responsible for any losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the member's end.
• The RTP (Return to Player) value for each slot game is displayed in the respective game information.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are as specified within the game interface.

For Live Casino games, additional rules may apply depending on the selected game provider. Members are encouraged to read the specific rules of each game before playing.

08 Prohibited Conduct

BKK8 takes firm action against any conduct that undermines platform integrity. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Using software, bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play or manipulate game outcomes.
• Identity fraud or using another person's personal information without their consent.
• Money laundering or using the bkk8 platform for any suspicious financial activity.
• Collusion between players in Live Casino or poker games.

• Making deposits using unauthorized or stolen credit cards or bank accounts.

11 Account Termination

BKK8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions. Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our support team.

• If an account is terminated due to a violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the breach.
• Voluntary account closure will be processed within 3–5 business days, and any eligible balance will be returned to the member.
• All transaction records will be retained for the period required by law, even after the account is closed.
